Application Is Now Open for the Cannabis Equity and Inclusion Community (CEICNV) NCCRFund Grant Program in Nevada

(LAS VEGAS, NV) Cannabis Equity and Inclusion Community (CEICNV) is proud to announce the Nevada Cannabis Community Reinvestment Fund (NCCRFund) Community Investment Grant Program, is now open. This initiative is dedicated to providing short-term and long-term funding to organizations in the community with programmatic models addressing: mental health, legal services for pre-legalization cannabis-related charges and other community-based support services, public education, and community outreach.

The program enables Nevada-based entities to join forces with CEICNV to help effect positive change throughout the community with the goals of legislative reform and diversification of the cannabis industry. This grant supports community organizations who focus on cannabis education and provide services related to the industry such as skills training and job placement. Outreach will focus on communities in Nevada that have been disproportionately affected by the previous federal and state drug policies.

Local nonprofit organizations are encouraged to apply to CEICNV for grant funding that will support organizations in moving forward and making a greater impact in their communities. Our goal is to award a significant portion of grants to organizations that are run by and primarily serve minorities; therefore, CEIC strongly encourages proposals from these organizations….
